Patton teaches and exhibits in the Tampa Bay area and is known for her bold, imaginative style and diversity. 

She has studied in art workshops in Ireland, Italy, Greece, France, Mexico, and the Czech Republic, and studied for four years with nationally renowned artist Marjorie Dean Andruk at the Morean Arts Center in St. Petersburg.

Through study and experimentation, her own style has emerged and continues to move in new directions. She has won numerous local and national awards including Signature Membership in the Florida Watercolor Society and induction into the prestigious Florida Artists Group (FLAG).

Patton is on the art faculty of the University of South Florida's Lifelong Learning program and teaches workshops and private lessons in St. Pete. She lives in her studio/gallery loft in St. Pete's thriving downtown cultural arts community.
